What is Keyboard Sounder? Keyboard Sounder is a cool enhance tool that helps you gain the pleasure from the finger! It simulates typewriter or other particular sound effect when a keyboard button or mouse key is pressed. How does it work? Keyboard Sounder puts the icon in the system tray and plays some *.wav file every time you type in a text editor or any other program when it has runned, Right-click on it to pop up the options menu, left-click the icon of Keyboard Sounder to insist on silence (or press Win+Z hotkey). What is the system requirement? First, you must have a Sound Card, it supports all Windows platform. The program built-in 10 different sound schemes - Typewriter, Fight, Gun, Abe, Mix....... Each
scheme consists of 15 keyboard and 3 mouse button's events and the sounds associated with them.
Schemes detail: Typewriter: Record from a typewriter, this scheme works like a real typewriter -
Fight: Boxing, Sword's sound effect

Gun: Gun, Cannon, Laser sword 's sound effect
Abe: Record from Oddworld: Abe's Oddyseee Mix: Various sound effect was mixed
| How to set your sound scheme: | - Right-click the program's icon on the taskbar, and then click Option.
- Click the Scheme button.
- Default scheme lists schemes that you can use to simultaneously change the sounds assigned to many keys.
- When you select a scheme in Schemes list as default scheme, the Apply button will highlight and enable, you must click the Apply button for save configuration.
- Mute when key is being repeating: If check the option, don't play sound when a button is pressed continuously.

 How to assign a sound to a key event: - Events lists the keys to which you can assign sounds. To assign a sound, select a key event and mark a checkbox if you want to hear sound for the key. When an event's checkbox is unmarked, program won't produce the event's sound.
- Click the Change sound button to change sound that you can associate with selected and checked event, Auto play and Preview wave-file is supported.
- The path of the sound file will be shown in the bottom of the window.
Note: In case Keyboard Sounder can't find the specified sound - e.g. a sound path is wrong, no one sound will be played.
| - Use the Save as... button to save your current event settings and sound scheme under new name.
- Delete scheme button deletes the selected scheme.
- Apply button to apply current change for the selected scheme.

How to setting hotkey You can assign a hotkey for specified action to control program. Built-in hotkey:

Right-click the program's icon on the taskbar, and then click
Option.

Click the Hotkey button.

First, select a action in the list.

Check the selected action (Uncheck to disable hotkey).

Define hotkey combination in Hotkey Combination panel.

Finally, click Apply button to apply current change.

Troubles & Errors
Q : " I'm using Vista with explorer 7. The program works great with Microsoft
Word and email ,
but when I open Internet explorer and try to type In the address bar or the
search bar there
is no sound."
A : You can try to turn off the User Account
Control (UAC).
Q : "Sound Card init error! Please try again after check your Sound Card." A
: The problem is that program did not detect a sound card in your system. Keyboard sounder
must require sound card. Please ensure you have a sound card in your machine, you've installed sound card driver
and it is working properly in system.
Q : "Keyhook.dll not found! Now will exit." A
: The problem is that program not found Keyhook.dll in installation directory, please run installation program again.
Q : "The License File is not found or corrupted, please reinstall program! "
A : The problem is that you must reinstall software or contact author to get the registered license.
Q : "Executable modified !, please reinstall ! "
A : The program has been modified or corrupted, you need reinstall software or download lastest version of Keyboard Sounder from
www.aldzsoft.com/download.htm.
Q : "Why when I continuously do press down the button the time sound to meet not continuously?"
A : 1)Perhaps system resources is low. 2)Perhaps system is busy.
3)Please
install the up to date audio driver, when finished, restart the PC. If you used
VISTA,
click Start- Control Panel- Sound, right click on the Speaker/Headphones
icon and choose properties, click on the "enhancements" tab,
select the "Disable all
enhancements" check box.
4)Perhaps system has problem, please reinstall system or restore registry data.
Q : "Why did not I hear any sound when I pressed key?"
A :
1)First ensure you don't mute program.
2)Ensure the sound path is correct which you pressed key. 3)Perhaps you is play MP3 music at the same time while using keyboard Sounder. 4)Perhaps you runned other program which intercept keyboard, keyboard Sounder may not normal play sound, please close other program.
